The Signature Event (a.k.a Full Service)
Today’s couples are ambitious multi-taskers that can handle just about anything that is thrown their way. So what’s a little wedding planning thrown into the mix? Only about 200 extra hours of things to put on the To Do list. Leave the planning to the experts! The Signature Event is a fantastic option for the couple that wants to sit back, relax and enjoy. This package is customized to fit the couples individual needs and event goals. There is not much here that we don’t cover here!
The Classic Event
This option is for the couple that has most of the details in place and needs a little help tying up loose ends and making sure the t’s are crossed and the i’s are dotted. The Classic option provides the expert support you need through out the planning process and on the big day. This service level is excellent for couples that love to be involved in the process, but want to turn over the reigns and enjoy a stress-free wedding day.
The Classic Event includes a final meeting and walk-through as well as unlimited telephone and email communication along the way. The McBride Events team will provide vendor recommendations, assist with vendor confirmations, wedding party management (day of), guest assistance (day of), create an event-day itinerary for your professionals and wedding party, provide rehearsal coverage and handle day-of set up, coordination and break down.
Design Services
This is where creativity and experience unite to provide clients with inspiring ideas and the practical skills to make them work. Allow us to dream big for you and present you with mock-ups, color schemes—a complete vision for your special day. Or, enlist our help with bits and pieces such as venue selection, rentals, décor, staging, tenting or lighting. We’re pleased to put the finishing touches on simple garden celebrations as well as elaborate black-tie affairs, and we’ll match the vibe of the event to reflect your personal style.
McBride Events offers complimentary consults for design services. Once we understand your vision and goals for the event a design/décor menu will be created. Pricing is always created in a menu format, allowing you to select the aspects that you are comfortable with.
